BMW produced a fully electric-powered X platform for the first time ever-launching the new BMW Concept iX3 Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). This new concept model unveiled at Auto China 2018, boasting fifth-generation eDrive technology, does not compromise performance or comfort and shines a light on The Ultimate Driving Machine ‘s future.

THE POWER OF FUSION 

The BMW Concept iX3 provides driving comfort levels like never before. With the superior handling, you ‘d expect from a BMW X brand, while still offering a locally emission-free drive system, form and feature fusion is truly superb.

BMW’s fifth-generation eDrive technology, which integrates electric motor, transmission and power electronics into one compact design, delivers 270hp and was specifically designed for the SAV system. It also comes with a new powerful battery that delivers more than 70 kWh, offering a range of more than 249 miles.

With its closed double kidney grille and eye-catching blue highlights, the BMW Concept iX3 is unmistakable.
